Mr hissychick has the vapors, or the plague, or whatever the fuck it is that men suffer from and what we women refer to as a head cold.
Being that he is not like most men, and doesn’t demand anything other than to be left alone to rest and recover I feel that it is my duty to log off and annoy the hell out of him by asking him “Are you OK?” every three minutes or so. At least until he is irritated enough to forget that he is sick so that he can take up some of the night duty with E.
I am such a selfless soul.

hahaha…..men are the worse when they are ill. Sometimes I rather be ill myself then to take care of a sick grumpy man! haha…

Posted by: Ann on May 5th, 2008 at 1:19 pmI just want to point out that it isn’t a ‘headcold’ but is a virus in both ears, and throat. It is also the first time I have even mentioned being sick for 10 months. So it is not like I am a sooky sooky lala when it comes to these things.
And also, please please please don’t take care of me, I have a sneaking suspicion I will recover faster if I just look after myself! (I am not intimating that you are poisoning me or anything, but better safe than sorry).
