If she doesn't self wean beforehand and E is happy to go to a wake up and wind down feed pattern (ie twice a day)at twelve months I'll aim for two years myself. The Monkey is even more stubborn. LH refuses more children because obviously the next child is destined to summon forth the elements to do its bidding. Micah has been saying that to me too whenever I scold him or punish him for misbehaving, usually involves teasing his brother to tears and instigating trouble in the house. I am all for breastfeeding but if your baby's gonna wean herself, then I will say "Congratulations!!" Self wean is so much more happy for both mommy and baby. I am still not successful at the moment in trying to wean my 2+ year old Max.
