Perspective

By hissychick | April 1, 2008

There I was, head thumping from yet another tension headache and ready to unleash a hissyfit post about how I am just so over everything (plus a moral dilemma or two that I’ve been contemplating of late) when E excitedly shows me that she knows how to wave hello and goodbye.

Isn’t it amazing how the waggling fingers of a nine and a half month old makes it all worthwhile. Well most of it…

ETA: Miss E can also clap hands, do high fives (although I think I already told you about this). And she is a whizz at mimicry, eg clicking tongues, saying AHHHH etc etc.  Clever clogs.

Topics: E is good, I'm a Mum |

  2. It’s true. Staying at home means you don’t miss these things… but truth be told I am not really enamoured with being a full time SAHM…….

  3. Oh…I know the frustration of being at home all the time with the kids! But the wonder of a child’s development! Working or not, I think that is the greatest achievement we feel in our lifes!
