27 weeks 1 day Well, all is going well with me and bubs *fingers crossed*, just the usual aches and pains in my back and ribs that come with the ever expanding tum. I’m loving all the kicks and wriggles, except when they are aimed at a full bladder! Oh yeah…and we have hit the big 8-0. Weight gain is progressing well, but sometimes I feel like a big whale. And there is so much growing to do yet! What I am not so thrilled about is having to prepare a job application for my current position by Friday (long story…). It’s all for a good cause, trying to be made permanent before I finish up so I have a job to come back to, but I am feeling rather stressed about it all and am not looking forward to an interview when I am 30 weeks pregnant, nor only finding out whether I’ve got the job just before I leave. Oh well, in the greater scheme of things this isn’t important… Other than that, my little darling one, nesting around the house is progressing nicely. We have your baby hammock, have bought the paint for your room and we will be getting the window measured for a blind on Friday. Your Daddy is building a cat run for Dude as we speak. So much to do, but so worth it :-)
