20 September 2004- girl on board

19 weeks 2 days Well my little bellybean, it looks like you a girl! The most important thing is that you are healthy and well, which your Daddy and I are so happy about. But Mummy is also very thrilled to be expecting a daughter..your Daddy can only envisage a nervous breakdown during your teenage years at this stage LOL Your Pop just laughed to hear that the matriarchy (only sisters, only daughters, only granddaughters) will be continuing on for now. Your Mummy and Nana have spent a lovely day together (Daddy had to go back to work), enjoying lunch,lots of talking about you…and the purchasing of a few gorgeous pink things for you of course :) Mummy has to have another scan at around 34 weeks because your placenta is a bit low, but she isn’t that worried. If it means you need to come into this world via c section then so be it. What she finds more amusing is the idea that another check on you reveals that you are a boy after all!! Love you my little one…it’s time to log off and start thinking about names for you!
